Dan M. Rice is a distinguished attorney with a focus on real estate and construction law adept in both litigation and transactional matters. In transactional work, Mr. Rice excels in contract negotiations encompassing a wide range, from general and construction management contracts to specialty subcontracts and engagements with design professionals. With extensive experience in litigation, Mr. Rice has effectively advocated for clients at both the trial and appellate levels. Mr. Rice has served as a member of the Construction Law Committee of the New York City Bar Association. Mr. Rice earned his degrees from MIT and the Cardozo School of Law, and is admitted to practice before numerous courts, including the New York State Courts, the district courts for the Southern, and Eastern Districts of New York, the US Patent and Trademark Office, the US Court of Appeals for the 2nd and 3rd Circuits, and US Supreme Court.
